Birthing Made Easier is committed to collaborating with you and your partner to achieve a secure, relaxed, and uncomplicated childbirth experience. As your doula, I offer unwavering physical and emotional support and serve as your advocate throughout your pregnancy, labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period. In addition, I provide nursing assistance to help facilitate a smooth transition into parenthood.

Doula Services

A doula is a trained professional who provides physical, emotional, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and early postpartum. The word doula comes from ancient Greek, meaning “a woman who serves.”

During labor, a doula offers continuous support, comfort techniques, and guidance to help you and your birth partner feel informed, supported, and confident.

We’ll start with a free consultation to discuss your birth preferences, support needs, and any questions you may have. From there, we can schedule a Zoom or in-person meeting with you and your birth partner.

2–3 prenatal visits
HypnoBirthing breathing, labor positions, and comfort techniques
Support preparing for labor and birth
On-call support during labor and delivery
About 2 hours of support after birth, including breastfeeding assistance
Postpartum phone support as needed

Birthing Education classes help you feel more confident, comfortable, and prepared for childbirth. You’ll learn practical relaxation and coping techniques, understand what to expect during labor and delivery, and feel better equipped to make informed decisions for you and your baby.
